It’s about that time of the year where the brand new shows are getting their trial run before the big boys make their big October premiere.  We have gotten an early taste of comic book television with Agents of SHIELD premiering a few weeks ago and Ghost Rider has been pretty cool so far.  But what about our favorite DCTV shows like Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl? You can check out the latest promotional videos straight from The CW’s own YouTube page below!

With Arrow we get to see the chain reaction that last seasons death set in motion.  We see an Oliver Queen who has lost his way on the path of becoming a better man, and is starting to revert to his old murderous (and arguably more efficient) ways.  This appears to alienate him from his current team, so he sets out to train a new group of vigilantes with his new ideals.  Pretty interesting since we have been seeing a kindler, gentler Green Arrow as of late, and we were promised that the show is going to return to its gritty crime roots.

In the promotional video for season two of Supergirl we see that the hijinks continue for Kara Danvers as her cousin comes into town to help.  That’s right we will get to see a much less brooding Superman debut as Supergirl makes her big network move. What’s pretty interesting about this promo is that there is a joking nod to someone “moving back to Gotham” maybe a Batman is in the shows future?

Again, more aftermath from the previous season of The Flash as we get to see an iteration of The Flashpoint Paradox timeline.  This one is seemingly less epic than what some people might have been hoping for, but we get to see Wally as Kid Flash and we get a quick glimpse of the new villain Savitar (at least he’s wearing a shirt in this show). This has been the biggest let down for me, as we found out a few months ago that Flashpoint won’t be a season long event, and definitely won’t bleed into the other shows… kind of a bummer if you ask me.

Are you guys hyped up for the big premieres, or are you going to skip a couple shows and wait for the Netflix binge?
