The best part of the re-imagined 2016 version of The Jungle Book was the CG animals and the voice actors that portrayed them. Jon Favreau is one of those directors whose name is synonymous with a good time at the movies; every holiday season we watch Elf on tv, the first Iron Man movie set the stage for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and there was also Iron Man 3 that starred a weeping baby Tony Stark, the destruction of all the Iron Man suits and his arc reactor, and a white washed villain but we’re not here for that.
Excited for my next project 🦁👑

There has to be something said about Jon Favreau’s directing style and the way he can bring out the best performances in the actors that star in his movies. We’re definitely looking forward to the CGI version of The Lion King if it looks anything like The Jungle Book.
