Imagine playing some of your favorite indie games in your web browser! Now imagine that you don’t have to imagine! What?! Mozilla and Humble Bundle have teamed up to bring you the fastest growing category of gaming to your Firefox browser all using advances in “asm.js“, a subset of javascript, and “WebGL” a cross-platform, royalty-free API used to create 3D graphics in a Web browser based on OpenGL. All this means is that you will be able to play console/pc games in your browser.

Mozilla has a playable demo showcasing this new internet sorcer on their Firefox start page (you can access this page by simply opening your Firefox browser or setting your browser homepage to default). You can also access the demo and more through the Humble mozilla Bundle page
