Yesterday morning the Boston born Batfleck himself, Ben Affkeck, leaked a low quality test shot of some kind on his personal twitter account for a villain we have only seen a handful of times in live action, and never before on the big screen. Slade Wilson (a.k.a Deathstroke) will be making his big screen debut as the main antagonist fighting off Batman in the upcoming DCU Batman solo film. You can check out the video right below!

As cryptic as this soundless video is, we get a pretty good look at the suit (which is favoring the armored New 52 look) and going for a more metal/steel look for the featureless side of his costume instead of the traditional matte navy blue (although the color is still featured prominently in the body of the armor itself). There is no official word yet as to who is playing the infamous mercenary, but rumors have been starting to surface that True Blood and Magic Mike actor Joe Manganiello is behind the helmet on this one.
Deathstroke has been widely considered a Teen Titan villain up until the past decade when we saw him face off against Batman and even Green Arrow time and time again. The match up on this isn’t too surprising as Batman and Deathstroke both exhibit similar skill sets, with the exception being Deathstroke can access ninety percent of his brain capabilities while Batman is just like the rest of us.
Who do you think is behind the mask? Are you excited about the new villain reveal or were you hoping The Riddler would finally get a decent live action treatment?
