Fans have been eagerly awaiting news for the upcoming Pokemon Sun and Moon titles for the Nintendo 3DS. At long last, we finally have some major reveals! Along with new trailers, the official Pokemon website has posted expanded info on the upcoming starters and more. The new location is called Alola, which is inspired by the Hawaiian islands. Our starters to choose from this time around are the stealthy grass/flying type, Rowlet, the cool headed fire type, Litten, and the passionate water type, Popplio.

Check out the trailer here:

Those curious how we know the location of the next game or who like heartwarming videos will want to see Japan’s trailer:

Here’s some additional info on our new starters featured on the official site:

“Rowlet can attack without making a sound! It flies silently through the skies, drawing near to its opponent without being noticed, and then lashing out with powerful kicks. It can also attack from a distance using the razor-sharp leaves that form part of its feathers.”

“Litten can attack with flaming hairballs! Its fur is rich in oils and immensely flammable. Litten grooms itself by licking its fur, and then uses the collected fur as fuel for fireball attacks!”

“Popplio can snort out balloons made of water! Watch it spin water balloons into a playful battle strategy!”

Last, but certainly not least is the launch date along with cover art featuring the new legendarys!

Pokemon Sun & Moon Release Date

A new Pokemon always draws a large crowed, but I may finally be inspired to buy a 3DS before November 18th. The new location and starters are much more appealing to me then other recent installments. What do you all think of the new reveals? Let us know in the comments!
