IGR checks out Puzzle Mayor at MomoCon2015

I walked up to these two fine gentlemen and asked what kind of game they were showing. “A match three city building game” they replied. That didn’t make sense to me as I hear it. It does, however, makes sense when you sit down to play it. This isn’t high stress, time based, match the colors and hope they fall down in the right order. This is planning your spacing and placing your own tiles to create sets for yourself. It’s a different take on match games. It’s not ready for release yet, and their website doesn’t have much to show. It should be worth a try for those that want a matching game where their moves actually seem to have less random consequences. Erhm,…..cough…..Candy…..quest.
